Time is infinite,
and depending on what your beliefs are, you may only get one shot at life. But
time is impossible to waste if you are happy. if sitting down and watching TV
or playing video games makes you happy, then do it, as long as your reflect on
the wisdom you gain whilst doing it. If you find yourself 90% of the way
through a degree, but you think swapping to another course might be more your
style and make you happier, then do it, as long as you reflect on the wisdom
you gained whilst doing it. In all situations time is not wasted if you learned
a single thing. Weather you learnt to play “Stairway to Heaven” or you learn
that you actually don’t enjoy playing guitar all that much, you learnt
something, and this will help you gain an understanding of the world around
you. Wisdom gained no matter how irrelevant it may seem, will shape you and
help you understand everything around you.
